What is 1300 Pest Control all about?

To dial 1300 Pest Control, simply dial 1300 followed by the numbers that spell the word PESTCONTROL on your telephone keypad.

The number 7 for the letter P, the number 3 for the letter E and so on. 1300 737 826.

The word “PestControl” is longer than 6 digits

Pest Control is an 11 digit word but only the first 6 digits comprise the phone number. The final 5 numbers are known as an Over Dial.  If you dial 1300 PestControl or just 1300 PestCo you will still be connected.

Q. How much notice do I need to give to get my service.

A. We ask for at least 24 hours notice, the more time you give the better chance of getting the time slot you require.

Q. Do you offer warranties

A. Our work is backed by warranties for internal infestations.

Q. Are your technicians licensed?

A. Yes all our technicians are licensed, insured and certified to carry out their work.

 

Building and Pest Inspections

Q. Can I come along to the Building and Pest Inspection?

A. You are more than welcome along to brief the inspector and/or receive a verbal report after the inspection.

Q. How long after the Building and Pest Inspection will I receive my reports?

A. The electronic reports are emailed to you generally within 1-2 business days.

Q. How long does the inspection take?

A. An average size house will take approximately 90 minutes to complete.

Q. Do you charge extra to use Thermal Equipment?

A. No, our inspectors use thermal equipment as standard. Using State-of-the-art tools ensures a thorough inspection.

Q. Can I cancel the Building Inspection?

A. Building and Pest Inspections can be cancelled up to 72 hours before the scheduled inspection. Within 72 hours of the scheduled inspection, we reserve the right to charge you the full fee.

Q. How do I pay for the reports?

A. The Company policy is payment upfront via credit card or EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) at the time of confirming access to the property for the inspection. Once payment is received, your inspection is confirmed in our booking system.
