What is 1300 Pest Control all about?

To dial 1300 Pest Control, simply dial 1300 followed by the numbers that spell the word PESTCONTROL on your telephone keypad.

The word “PestControl” is longer than 6 digits

Is 1300 Pest Control a franchise?

No, we are a membership of local & independantly owned Pest Control companies.  Each branch carries out their business independantly, we do not tell them how to run their businesses.  We do ensure  only quality companies join.  All branches adhere to Australian Standards for Pest and Termite control and inspections, are fully licenced and insured for the work they carry out and operate a reputable business.  Branch members must also adhere to a policy of using environmentally safe and non toxic products where possible.  All branches are supported by a central head office team of people who assist with business systems.  We also communicate and support up to date best practices in the Pest Control Industry.  Above all we work together to help benefit the customer! 

What will I expect when a 1300 Pest Control technician comes to service the job?

Each technician will be suitably attired for carrying out Pest Control work and will be equiped with all necessary equipment for carrying out the specified job.  When it comes to installing barriers or termite nest removal there may be two technicians or a technician and labourer for assistance with manual work.  The technician may or may not be wearing a 1300 PestControl uniform (shirt & cap) and his vehicle may or may not have the 1300 PestContol logo displayed.  In some instances the branch may choose to display their independant company identity only. eg. PestCare operating as 1300 Pest Control Sunshine Coast Branch.
