Q. Can I come along to the Building and Pest Inspection?
A. You are more than welcome along to brief the inspector and/or receive a verbal report after the inspection.
Q. How long after the Building and Pest Inspection will I receive my reports?
A. The electronic reports are emailed to you generally within 1-2 business days.
Q. How long does the inspection take?
A. An average size house will take approximately 90 minutes to complete.
Q. Do you charge extra to use Thermal Equipment?
A. No, our inspectors use thermal equipment as standard. Using State-of-the-art tools ensures a thorough inspection.
Q. Can I cancel the Building Inspection?
A. Building and Pest Inspections can be cancelled up to 72 hours before the scheduled inspection. Within 72 hours of the scheduled inspection, we reserve the right to charge you the full fee.
Q. How do I pay for the reports?
A. The Company policy is payment upfront via credit card or EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) at the time of confirming access to the property for the inspection. Once payment is received, your inspection is confirmed in our booking system.
