Thanks. Over the weekend, myself and my husband went over the checklist in your blog relating to prevention of Termites and we noted a few things around the perimeter of the house we weren't doing well (piles of fire wood), a severely blocked drain, pot plants obsuring our vision, etc. I have always been a little paranoid about Termites entering our house as I had found live Termites in a previous house many years ago which became a costly and time consuming event to fix! We do have an installed barrier at this house but following these simple steps of prevention that I can do myself as well as being able to help detect any unwanted activity myself has been a wonderful feeling of empowerment.
